Native American Stone Axe. You can see the worked edges, appears to be done quite skillfully with fine craftsmanship. You can also see how the axe was affixed to a handle if you look towards the center especially from the profile. Matching offset ridges which look to be used to fasten it to a handle. Possibly an axe or farming implement.
